How do I analyze a swing? +
Open SwingFrame, import a short video of your swing from your photo library, then tap “Analyze Swing.” The app detects your swing and breaks it into its key positions in a few seconds.
What kind of video works best? +
A short clip (a few seconds) that clearly shows your whole body through the swing. Face-on or down-the-line angles both work. Good lighting and a steady camera give the best results.
Do I need an internet connection or an account? +
No. SwingFrame runs entirely on your iPhone. There's no account to create and nothing is uploaded — your videos stay on your device.
Is my data private? +
Yes. All analysis happens on-device. SwingFrame does not collect your videos, and there are no cloud services or external servers involved in analyzing your swing.
Which devices are supported? +
SwingFrame requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. A recent device gives the smoothest analysis performance.
The app isn't detecting my swing — what can I do? +
Make sure your full body is visible in the frame, the swing is clearly captured from start to finish, and the video isn't too dark or shaky. Re-filming with the camera roughly waist-height and a few steps back usually helps. If problems continue, email us and we'll help.
